Inhorgenta watch trends for 2026: Modern classics – white and two-tone

White? Sounds boring? It’s not! Two-tone? A staid everyday look? Not anymore! Both could be discovered in modern designs at Inhorgenta in the Watch Hall A1.

White – innocence on your wrist

Among all the colorful dials shimmering in every imaginable shade of blue, the innocent white versions stood out in particular with their lightness. It is not without reason that the most classic of all dial colors has been named Pantone Color of the Year 2026 as “11-4201 Cloud Dancer.” And one of the watch trends for 2026.

“The noise around us has become so overwhelming that it is increasingly difficult to hear the voice of our inner self,” says Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute. “Cloud Dancer acts as a commitment to simplicity.” Laurie Pressman, Vice President of the Pantone Color Institute, adds that the tone opens up “a lightness that unleashes the imagination.”

This lightness has clearly also inspired the imagination of watch designers. At Inhorgenta, we discovered numerous examples—from gleaming pure white to soft off-white and silvery shimmering shades.

Bicolor – modern two-tone design

A few decades ago, in the 1980s and 1990s, two-tone jewelry and watches were considered the epitome of conventionality. Older men and women wore such accessories, which always matched everything—including their wedding rings.

After bicolor watches had consequently led a rather dusty and inconspicuous existence, a new generation of watch buyers has now grown up. And they are completely unfamiliar with these old stories—instead, they find the retro look cool and hip.

For several years now, two-tone designs have been making a real comeback as a trendy material mix, except among staunch minimalists, accompanied by a change in image from outdated to confidently nostalgic. At the same time, two-tone designs convey status with understatement—keyword: everyday luxury. The material mix even gives sporty watches a casual, elegant twist.

We were on the lookout for exactly this look at Inhorgenta—and we found it. The range extends from classic 50/50 two-tone designs to stainless steel models with carefully placed gold-colored accents.
