EBEL 1911 – Facets of modern elegance

EBEL | Hall A1, Booth 208

At INHORGENTA 2026, EBEL will present the 1911 collection in two striking interpretations: as a distinctive chronograph in ice blue and as an elegant version with a warm brown dial.

Both models impressively demonstrate how EBEL combines sporty functionality with aesthetic clarity. The 1911 line remains true to its iconic DNA while interpreting it in a contemporary way—for different styles, but with a common attitude.

EBEL 1911 Chronograph Ice Blue

With the EBEL 1911 Chronograph Ice Blue, the brand presents a powerful reinterpretation of modern luxury. The luminous Ice Blue dial, combined with warm brown-rimmed totalizers, creates an exciting contrast of freshness and depth. The sunburst finish reflects the light with every movement and highlights the fine detailing.

The 44-millimeter stainless steel case echoes the classic design language of the collection with its characteristic hexagonal silhouette and polished bezel screws. Inside, a Swiss automatic movement ensures reliable timekeeping, while the sapphire crystal case back reveals the finely crafted movement. Super-LumiNova® accents on the hands and indices combine functionality with clear aesthetics.

The chronograph is available with either a brushed and polished stainless steel bracelet or a black perforated leather strap. This makes the model equally suitable for dynamic everyday wear and stylish evening appearances – an icon with a sporty character, reinterpreted for the modern man.

Complementing the sporty chronograph version, EBEL presents a new, elegant addition to the 1911 collection. The electroplated brown dial with warm reflections lends the model a subtle depth and underscores the timeless appeal of the line.

The 34-millimeter case, made of stainless steel and 18-karat yellow gold and water-resistant to 10 bar, harmoniously frames the dial. Gold-colored details and the characteristic “Kissing E” symbol at 12 o’clock, integrated into curved Arabic numerals, characterize the elegant appearance. Subtle accents of white Super-LumiNova ensure good readability, while a date window at 6 o’clock and a filigree minute track round off the dial in a balanced manner.

Inside, a precise Swiss-made quartz movement keeps time. The watch comes with two interchangeable straps: an iconic two-tone strap and a supple brown leather strap that also features the “Kissing E” motif. This allows you to flexibly vary the character of the watch – from classic elegance to a modern interpretation.

Swiss watchmaking with history

EBEL was founded in 1911 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, the historic center of Swiss watchmaking. From the outset, founders Eugène Blum and Alice Lévy combined technical precision with aesthetic sensibility. These values remain the foundation of the brand to this day.

EBEL gained international recognition thanks in part to the iconic wave-shaped bracelet of the Sport Classic collection, which combines functionality and beauty in a distinctive way. Today, the brand stands for sporty, elegant Swiss-made watches with a clear identity and timeless appeal.
