Inhorgenta and Fondation Haute Horlogerie (FHH) to create new space for the art of watchmaking in 2026
The FHH Cultural Space (Hall A1.333) is once again at the heart of the cooperation and partnership between Inhorgenta and the Fondation Haute Horlogerie (FHH): a curated space for knowledge transfer, dialogue, and the direct experience of fine watchmaking.

Pascal Ravessoud, Vice President of the Fondation Haute Horlogerie, says of the partnership with Inhorgenta:
“Our collaboration with Inhorgenta is based on a shared conviction: watchmaking is much more than a product—it is a cultural and deeply human endeavor.
The FHH Cultural Space 2026 is designed as a place for sharing, exchange, and discovery—where craftsmanship, history, and future perspectives come together.

Stefanie Mändlein, Exhibition Director of Inhorgenta, adds:
“The collaboration with the FHH underscores our commitment to further strengthening Inhorgenta as an international platform for fine watchmaking.
The FHH Cultural Space combines curated content, exclusive watch highlights, and professional exchange, demonstrating the significance of watchmaking today and in the future.
FHH partner brands: Piaget, BOVET, and Oris offer live insights into the art of fine watchmaking
In 2026, partner brands Piaget, BOVET, and Oris will be presenting themselves at the FHH Cultural Space with continuous live formats throughout the entire duration of the trade fair.
Visitors gain insights into craftsmanship techniques, finishing processes, and brand-specific manufacturing methods. In addition, the brands curate their own program highlights:
Piaget demonstrates the refinement of watch movements, BOVET hosts an engraving masterclass and storytelling sessions about the brand’s heritage, while Oris highlights its cultural values.
Free watchmaking workshops: experience craftsmanship up close
A central element of the FHH Cultural Space are the free watchmaking workshops. Without prior registration, interested visitors have the opportunity to experience the art of watchmaking live and up close.

The sessions focus on fundamental techniques and, through the dismantling and reassembly of a clockwork mechanism, impart a deep understanding of precision, patience, and craftsmanship excellence.
- Saturday, February 21, 2026: 4:30–5:30 p.m.
- Sunday, February 22, 2026: 2:00–3:00 p.m. and 4:30–5:30 p.m.
- Monday, February 23, 2026: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Watch Talks: Perspectives for craftsmanship and culture
The program is complemented by a high-caliber talk and conference format. Topics range from the connection between jewelry and watchmaking to new generations of watch enthusiasts and the role of humans in technological change.

Watch Makers: Interactive insights into the world of watchmaking
The exhibition “Watch Makers,” curated by the FHH, will be on display in the FHH Cultural Space throughout the entire duration of the trade fair. It was designed as an immersive, multisensory experience and invites visitors on a journey of discovery through the diverse professions of watchmaking.

Craft skills and techniques such as workshop assembly and decoration, gemstone setting, case engraving, and marquetry are taught.
About the Haute Horlogerie Foundation
The Fondation Haute Horlogerie (FHH) was founded in 2005 by Audemars Piguet, Girard-Perregaux, and the Richemont Group. Since then, it has been dedicated to promoting watchmaking culture internationally and positioning watches as objects of art and culture. The FHH sees itself as a neutral reference within the watchmaking industry and bases its work on three central pillars. “Watches and Culture” brings watchmaking culture to life for a broad audience as well as for experts through original content, events, and international encounters. The FHH Academy offers training and continuing education programs as well as certifications for professionals and future watch enthusiasts—with courses in over 20 countries, both on-site and digitally. The FHH Forum is an industry-supported platform for exchange, discussion, and debate that connects leading players to actively shape the future of watchmaking.
Around 40 watch brands actively support the FHH’s mission to preserve and develop watchmaking culture and heritage.
