Luxury and sustainability, gold and environmental issues, the conditions of diamond mining – these were long irrelevant topics for jewelry manufacturers and retailers. Those days are over.
Brands like Nevermined and Mandana Jewellery have now discovered that ethically and responsibly produced luxury isn't just for a particularly socially conscious audience, but also makes for an engaging conversation starter. After all, knowing you made no compromises when buying a piece of jewelry enhances its perceived luxury.
Sister companies Nevermined Diamonds and Mandana Jewellery have developed a comprehensive concept to combine new technologies and the principle of conscious luxury to create contemporary, sustainable jewelry. At Inhorgenta, they will also showcase the emotional dimension of their project at a joint booth.
„"From Seed to Emotion – where Science becomes Beauty" – that's Nevermined's motto. In the company's Essen laboratory, diamonds of the highest jewelry quality are cultivated, certified by IGI and SCS-007. This process is energy-intensive, but Nevermined uses exclusively green electricity. At the trade fair, stones in fancy colors, with higher carat weights and exceptional cuts are presented – all dedicated to transforming a technical product into something deeply emotional.
Mandana, like Nevermined a company founded by Christine Marhofer, advertises with the slogan "On Your Brilliance," where brilliance also refers to personal reflection and radiance. The brand aims to stand for important values such as sustainability, diversity, fairness, respect, mindfulness, social justice, and female empowerment.
This is ensured, among other things, by the use of recycled gold and diamonds grown at Nevermined, which are therefore produced without conflict.
The booth will feature the „All Gens“ collection, which has won the German Design Award, as well as customizable jewelry such as the „Permanent“ bracelet and special editions with fancy colour diamonds.
On Friday, February 20th at 2 pm, the „Own Your Brilliance Inspirations Talk“ will take place, with Nevermined and Mandana CEO Christine Marhofer, former head coach of the DFB women's national team Martina Voss-Tecklenburg and moderator Rena Schwabl.
